This section provides information on how to use the cancellation report to review cancellations raised by the client from SEKO360. It also provides a step by step guide on how to raise a new sales order cancellation.
Step 3: Once a cancellation request is created, go to the "Dispatch Detail" report. Find the Sales Order. Column "Cancellation" will say "To Cancel"
Step 4: Once the DC have processed the request, column "Status" will say "Cancelled"
