Summary

The Proof of Quality document allows the supplier (partner) to update various details of the final service provided. This is designed to show SEKO that the job was done to standard and note anything which needs attentionis a process revolving around Ion Assist. Multimedia is recorded and a questionnaire is filled out at the end of the process. Any of this information can be uploaded to Smart Hub and is always available on demand from the Ion Assist servers by means of an API.
