Overview

Sales Orders are the outbound part of the White Glove system. Generally this means being sent out from the Distribution Centre (or Warehouse), to end up at the End Customer. Sometimes orders are shipped directly from the Supplier Factory to the End Customer and this is also classified as an Outbound Order as it is to the End Customer.
