Relevant uploads to create and amend Transfer Orders should be done until the Transfer Order is sent to the Warehouse for arrival and receipt.

Sales Order Upload

Upload Responsibilities

Relevant sales uploads to create and amend Sales Orders should be done until the Sales Order is sent to the Warehouse for pick, pack and dispatch. Any amendment can be made to an existing Sales Order including but most important of these are:

• Customer details

• Expected dispatch date

• Goods

• Inbound associated Transfer Order

Note: Uploads should be done whenever there is a scheduled change such as expected delivery date or material change such as transfer order etc. This will help to reduce email traffic and conversations by allowing SEKO users to see the upcoming sales orders for dispatch.

• When SEKO books with End Customers it is important that the customer details supplied by the Client are correct, otherwise a charge may be incurred

• Aborted jobs owing to an incorrect address may be charged to the Client

• Aborted jobs owing to incorrect maximum dimensions may be charged to the Client

• Rescind of Transfer Order or Sales Order owing to the Client changing their mind. The value of the charge may depend upon whether the rescind action can be carried out without extra work by the Warehouse.
