Analysis of Existing Booking CSV files
In the existing Smart Hub system, the current client Room has to drag and drop CSV files onto a website which contains ‘inbound’ or ‘outbound’ bookings. The existing CSV columns are shown in the following tables with an explanation of each column.
INBOUND FORMAT

Target API - Requirements Analysis
The following table shows the main data elements that need to be conveyed in any booking. This takes the existing knowledge from Voyager end-to-end transport bookings for road freight, and extends it to cover inbound to a warehouse, outbound from a warehouse, and various handover scenarios.
It also covers the concept of a booking which represents an ASN from the client i.e. “we are arranging our own transport, but these Goods are going to arrive at your warehouse on date X”.
