Once a cancellation request is created, go to in the "Dispatch Detail" report. Find the Sales Order. Column , the column "Cancellation" will say "To Cancel" next to the sales order.
Step 4: Once the DC have has processed the request, column "Status" will say "Cancelled" next to the sales order.
