The booking confirmation is a document designed to confirm bookings with suppliers (partners) who are going requested to do an installation. The data for the document is provided by the supplier after consulting document contains information on supplier confirmation of booking and some survey work based on initial consultations with the end customer.

Booking confirmations are often done on the supplier’s own system but SEKO needs to be able to provide a system where this data can be filled in , and that data is then copied saved into Smart Hub for future reference.

Trigger

The trigger for the booking confirmation is manual. The most important thing is that the supplier has a URL to a form to fill out.
