Overview

Sales Orders are the outbound part of the White Glove process. Historically this means being sent out from the Distribution Centre (or Warehouse), to end up at the End Customer. Sometimes orders are shipped directly from the Supplier Factory to the End Customer and this is also classified as an Outbound Order, as it is going to the End Customer.
