Overview

Origin User – processes order management from creation of orders, Receipt of booking from Supplier / Vendor, propose shipment for client’s authorization or approval to ship, and confirmed the shipment on board.

1.2  Login Instructions

To login, please use the username and password provided to you. If you do not have an account to access the system, please do ask one of our support team to assist you.   To login, type your username and password in the required fields and click on the ‘Login’ button.

1.3  Origin Dashboard, Icons and Chart

Once you have logged in, you will have the below screen.

      TOP BAR ICONS: 

1. Grid - Click this button to collapse the side menu to a slim version. You can still click icons to open a sub-menu.
2. My Windows - Switch between the menu and My open windows.
3. Chat – messaging option where users are able to communicate within the system
4. Message Icon - able to send emails within the system, it indicate number of unread messages, click to read/reply the message.
5. Dashboard - by default after a successful log in, dashboard where the user task is listed will prompt, click X button to hide click the icon or profile menu select dashboard to load again
6. Language support - to instantly translate content of the page, click the language button and make a selection from the language options.
7. Profile menu - To view more options, including how to personalize your account, please click your profile image icon.

     Chart - indicates data of individual dashboard task of origin.

1.4 Menu - Origin agent menus are Purchasing, Supply Chain, Admin (see below Screenshot)
