Files will be loaded from the FTP server based on the recurrence setup on the scheduler. By default this is every 15 minutes.
Automatic file archiving
The hub will make a call to the FTP to upload any files you have put in the FTP folder. Once the file is processed, the hub will archive the file into an "Archive" folder. If the file has the same naming convention as another file as an existing file in archive, the new file will be given a date/time stamp. For example, the following file name 'LWSO_Load_Web_Sales_Orders.csv' would be renamed into the following format: 'LWSO_Load_Web_Sales_Orders06-10-17-161011.csv. This shows the date it was processed (06-10-17 (dd-mm-yy)) and then the time (16:10:11).

XML response files
For each XML file that is processed, you will also receive a file to the FTP folder with the following example format: LWSO_Load_Web_Sales_Orders.xml_06-10-17-161029_response.xml
The response file will tell you whether the upload was successful. The response data will be structured in the order in which the uploaded file was given, per entity.
Examples of the success and failure response messages for each service can be found in the service details.
To find out if a FTP CSV upload was successful, you will need to login to the hub directly and view the Activity Monitor or through email notifications.
