To Deallocate Locations

This menu allows users to deallocate locations per client, go to Deallocate Locations screenthat are assigned to a client that has a lot of licence plate history against these locations.

Logistics Tab > Inventory Menu > Deallocate Locations.

1. From the side navigation menu, click Inventory Menu and select the Deallocate Locations.

2. Select Client from drop-down and a client from the option field you wish the location to deallocate from.

3. To proceed, click the Deallocate button.

To successfully deallocate locations:

1. Location The location must be empty.

2. There must be no licence plates in the location with a pending count adjustment.

3. There must be no licence plates in the location with an active count record.

4. There must be no licence plates in the location with a replenishment from quantity.

5. There must be no licence plates in the location with a replenishment to quantity.

6. There must be no licence plates in the location allocated to an active wave.

7. There must be no licence plates in the location with an unconfirmed GRN quantity.

8. To deallocate the location it should be empty and not have any active records for any existing processes.
