Using the search tools allows you to filter results and get to what you need faster.
Apart from the "Today's Activities" filter, click "Apply" to run any new filters selected.

Searching by date/time

The options to filter by date/time are as follows:

  • The "Today's Activities" button filters the results to show activity for the current day. Click the "Today's Activities" button to use the filter. This filter is applied as default when you first access the activity monitor.
  • "Date (from)" provides filtering of activity from that date/time. It is possible to see activity up to one month in the past.
  • "Date (to)" provides filtering of activity up to that date/time



Searching by date/time: Using the "Date (from)" and "Date (to)" filters
Date: click the button and then select the date from the date grid.

Time: click the button and then select the time from a time list.

Searching by service type

Within the "Subjects" filter, using the dropdown shown below, select the service type. Multiple services can be selected.

Searching by activity status

It is possible to filter activities based on whether they successful or failed.

Searchin g by client

If you are managing more than one client from your Integration Hub account (Selection of a client in section 2.2), then you can filter clients on the Activity Monitor from this menu.

Filter by user

The user filter allows you to search based on the user/connection type responsible for the activity. For example, if "API Service" Is selected, only activity created using an API connection will show.
