The main driver of requirements at this stage is SEKO in Farnborough, which currently offers the White Glove service to one client - ‘Room’ (https://uk.room.com). More clients are due to come on board and SEKO Farnborough wishes to extend its business coverage and take on more opportunity for growth in this area.
Other SEKO departments will wish to take advantage of the new system in the future. This will not necessarily be limited to White Glove departments, as the system will be flexible enough to accommodate workflows in general and not only for White Glove installations.
