White Glove needs to supply forms which Suppliers fill in. This necessitates a Supplier Portal.

Technically these forms will be unauthorised, containing a link emailed out for the supplier to fill in.

Booking Confirmation

Booking Confirmation is the supplier booking in the customer themselves. The data about the booking has to be stored in White Glove.

POQ

Proof of Quality is the supplier’s proof of quality which involves a number of questions about the installation.

Site Survey

Site Survey to see what information can be gleaned about the property in terms of fixed costs for the requested job, eg. number of flights of stairs, are the doors wide enough etc.
