Allow Booking Reference to be optional

Detail:
Remove the ‘required’ validation that a ‘Booking Form’ must contain a ‘Booking Reference’ when created and populate this with a unique number if the ‘Booking Reference’ is empty This will take the responsibility away from the User if they choose not to enter a ‘Booking Reference’.
