Detail:
Ability to configure the Order Picking and Packing on a DC / Client level including:

• How to pick / pack the order

  • By Licence Plate OR SKU

• What SKU to scan

  • “Product Code” OR “EAN” OR a combination of both

• If a Temp Bin should be used

• On “Close Pack” what to set the status of the dispatch to

  • To Dispatch OR Dispacthed

• The GS1 Prefix of a client that will be used when generating the Dispatch Carton Labels (SSCC-18 Barcodes)

Close Order

Ability to close an Order that that has been packed using the new Order Packing process. The “Close Pack” configuration setting determines what status the dispatch will be set to on Close:

• To Dispatch
  OR

• Dispacthed

User can also Short Ship a dispatch that has NOT being fully picked.

Prevent multiple users attempting to pick the same dispatch using different picking modules to avoid duplicate picks.

Ensure that a dispatch is only packed using the Order Packing process once the packing has started with this process.

Prevent users from attempting to use different packing processes on the system once a dispatch has been packed using Order Packing. There are a number of new features in “Order Packing” such as packing from a Temp Bin that are not available on any other packing processes on the system.
