Ensure all licence plates for deliveries selected for confirmation are ALL put away

Detail:
In a multi-user environment, we have updated the application so that we prevent a user confirming a delivery if at that exact same time another user starts receiving more stock into a licence plate for that delivery and that licence plate is NOT put away.
