Summary:
User Account migration from IdentityServer to Azure B2C

Detail:
Migrate existing production "IdentityServer" User Accounts to "Azure AD B2C" AND set the applications each User Account has access to in "Azure AD B2C".
Once complete, we automatically set the password of each user in “Azure AD B2C” to their correct password after a successful login.
