Summary:
Ability to add a user that has a username of a previously deleted user

TMS-848 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Detail:
Occasionally some users are created incorrectly E.G in the wrong partner. These users are deleted and created again with the correct details. When adding a user that has a username of a previously deleted user, the TMS will now accept this.
