The White Glove system is centered around bookings shown on a main booking screen and the processes which take place within a booking. The stages of a Purchase Order are:
Acceptance of order into White Glove system - “New”
Send order to warehouse - “Sales Order Sent”
Pick - API to White Glove for pick started - “Picked”
Pack - internal to SEKO 360
Dispatch - API to White Glove for dispatched (from Warehouse/DC) - “Dispatched”
Send “Pre-Alert” to Final Mile Facility (owned by White Glove Partner) - “Pre-Alert Sent”
White Glove Partner confirm booking of installation/maintenance with End Customer - “Work Scheduled”
White Glove Partner completes work - “Work Complete”
