Below is an example of the activity details screen for a Load Web Sales Order upload done using XML via FTP. There were two sales orders in this file and both failed for different reasons. The sections below describe what you will find under each tab.

The Log tab

Contains all information relating to the system upload process, including upload and response data.

The File tab

The original contents of the file that was uploaded

The Details tab

If any of the entities (in this case, sales orders) failed with your upload, this tab will provide a list of failures - one per entity.
