SupplyStream User Guide
What is SupplyStream?
SupplyStream is a WMS (Warehouse Management System). It provides reporting on sales orders, ASN's and other useful functions. Details on all these functions can be found within this section.
Overview of reports
Interface/Report | Data time length | Interface location | Description |
All records will display | Logistics → Reports | Displays stock levels. If the account is connected to more than one DC, the stock for the specific DC can be determined using the 'DC' column. | |
All records will display | Logistics →  Inventory | Displays all ASN's and returns, including line level details (product information). | |
All records will display | Sales Channels → Sales Orders →  Dispatches (Tab) | This report provides details on Sales Orders, including tracking links, additional columns, search filters and other useful features. | |
All records will display | Design → Product List | This interface provides details on all ProductCodes (SKU's) that exist on the system. | |
All records will display | Design → SKU Detail List | Allows products to be filtered based on their create date. A ProductCode record is listed per supplier. | |
All records will display | Sales Channels →  SO Cancellations | This interface allows the user to cancel an order and view a report of all cancellations created within SupplyStream. | |
All records will display | Logistics →  Reports | Provides the ability to search the history of a specific Product Code within specified dates. | |
All records will display | Sales Channels → SO Short Shipments | This report shows lines of a sales order where the line has been short shipped. | |

All records are searchable | Sales Channels | Displays sales orders at product level. By searching for a particular product, this allows the user to return all associated orders. |
