Turn on "Force Order Release" for Load Sales Orders (Cath Kidston)

Detail:
Turn on the "Force Order Release" feature for the client Cath Kidston.
With this feature enabled, Cath Kidston will have a dispatch created from the Sales Orders they load as long as some or all of the stock is available. Only if no stock is available at all for all the lines will the sales order be rejected.
