The Final Mile (Destination) selection contains three types of record to select from

Final Mile Delivery & Installation

Goods are dispatched from the Warehouse using a selected carrier and delivered to the Final Mile Hub. A White Glove partner confirms the booking with the end customer, and on the required date picks up the goods from the Final Mile Hub and does the installation.

End Customer Delivery & Partner Installation

Goods are dispatched from the Warehouse using a service selected from the Final Mile Selection. These goods are delivered to the end customer. A final mile pre-alert is sent to the Partner who confirms a booking for installation. The Partner then arrives at the End Customer location and does the installation using the goods which have been delivered.

End Customer Delivery & Installation

Goods are dispatched from the Warehouse using a service selected from the Final Mile Selection. These goods are delivered to the end customer. The driver receives the pre-alert and confirms the booking date with the End Customer. The driver arrives at the End Customer site and the does the installation using the goods which he has brought.
