Booking Confirmation Email (from Supplier Portal)

A booking confirmation email is sent when the Supplier submits information into the Booking Confirmation form.

The email addresses are derived from three places:

  • “Booked with” email address

  • Additional email addresses

  • SEKO Client email address (eg. room@sekologistics.com) as updated in the configuration tab

If the Booking Confirmation form cannot be sent, for example because of invalid email address in the form, or another error, the person entering the information should be advised and the supplier allowed to retry.
