Detail:
Ability to set Tax Details for the Sender (Client) and use these to populate the DPD request. The DPD request will then include the sender Tax information that is required by the destination country of the shipment.

Improved handling of Ship Engine timeouts

Detail:
After creating a shipment with Ship Engine we intermittently get timeouts when attempting to download the purchased label. This is an issue with Ship Engine.

When the ShipEngine “Purchase label“ request fails with “Can not purchase label since a label has already been created“ error, the TMS will now void the label and create a new one.

When generating a DPD label, we have removed the “-” after the Country Code when there is no depot.

  • Activity → Carrier Labels

  • Click on the filter icon for the “Client” column

  • Previously this would incorrectly show “Select All” twice. A fix has been applied so it correctly shows once.
