Wave Pick Release - Lock all Waves and Set External Plates Pending to True if Configuration uses Bots

Users cannot print any wave picking documents until we are sent the external plate numbers (totes). In addition they cannot manually pick these Waves using the mobile device.

We are finding more and more cases of usernames having spaces before and after the username. This appears to be an issue with people copying and pasting usernames from excel that have spaces. We have implemented a fix to remove any spaces before and after the username when users are created and cloned.
