Replenishment User Guide
1. Login Instructions
Go to SEKO360 website > URL: https://www.seko360.com/default.aspx
Then, enter the provided Username and Password then click the “Sign In” button.
Note: If no Login details please ask our support members for assistance.
2. What is Replenishment?
Replenishment is the movement of inventory from (upstream) reserve product storage locations to (downstream) primary storage, picking and shipment locations.
The purpose of replenishment is to keep inventory flowing through the supply chain by maintaining efficient order and line item fill rates.
The process helps prevent costly inventory overstocking. It helps to reduce errors and optimize processes to meet and exceed customer experience.
3. Permission
Replenishment Admin:

4. Item Warehouse
On the menu select Admin > Location Management > Item Warehouse.
Select Client from drop-down and select SKU. Then click, Search button.
Set Replenishment Level
In "Item Warehouse Attributes", set "Replenishment" to "Yes".
The number of items to replenish will be set based on the "capacity" field. The replenishment settings are calculated per location.
Once the stock in a specific location reaches the replenishment level, a replenishment record will be created to fulfill the stock of the specific location capacity. For Example, if a location capacity is 100 and the replenishment level is set to 50, once the stock in the specific location reaches 50 items, - a replenishment record will be created for 50 units.
Once done, click the Save Settings button.
5. Replenishment Access
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishment > Replenishment Access
This allows users to view a list of clients who was given access to replenishment. The create date and the user who created the replenishment access will be logged.
To create a replenishment access to a client, click the Create New button.
Select client from drop-down (required). To automatically create system replenishment, set system replenishment to “ yes”. Then, click the Save button. The newly set client will be able to use replenishment.
To edit replenishment access, click the Edit button. Users may set System replenishment to “yes” or “no”.
To turn off the automatic creation of System Replenishment records for this client, set System Replenishment to “No”.
To delete replenishment access of client, click the Delete button. Clients selected will no longer be able to use replenishment.
Note: Users can turn off the automatic creation of System Replenishment records or delete replenishment access of clients any time.
6. Replenishment Records
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishments > Replenishment Records
Unallocated Tab
This allows the user to view all unallocated replenishment records.
The user may opt to cancel a replenishment record if its in “Unallocated stage”. To Cancel a replenishment record, click the Cancel button next to the replenishment record. A confirmation message will appear, then click the OK button.
Allocated Tab
This allows the user to view all allocated replenishment records.
The user may opt to unallocate a replenishment record if it's in “System Bulk stage”. To Unallocate a replenishment record, click the Unallocate button next to the replenishment record. A confirmation message will appear, then click the OK button.
Once record is unallocated, The replenishment record will change back to Unallocated Stage.
Completed Tab
This allows the user to view all completed replenishment records. Also, let users view detailed information about the completed replenishment records. Put Away Date and Put Away User will be logged.
Cancelled tab
This allows the users to view all canceled replenishment records. Also, let users view detailed information about the canceled replenishment records. Cancel Date and Cancel User will be logged.
7. Manual Replenishment
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishment > Manual Replenishment
This allows a user to manually create System Replenishment records for a SKU or triggera full replenishment routine for a specific client in advance of any scheduled job.
To generate a full replenishment for this client, set All SKUs to Yes. Then, click the Create button.
To manually create System Replenishment records for a SKU, set All SKUs to No and select the SKU from the SKU auto complete.Then, click the Create button. A confirmation message will appear, then click the OK button.
8. Replenishable Locations
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishable Locations
Replenishable locations allows users to view pick face locations and SKU details.
To view replenishable locations, select Client from drop-down and then click the Search button. The Total Available Bulk will be shown as well as if it has Outstanding Replenishment and Outstanding Put Away.
9. Replenishment Overview
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishment > Replenishment Overview
This allows users to view a summary of replenishment totals per client.
Unallocated Tab
This allows users to view a list of the total replenishment records per client not allocated to a user. Select Client from drop-down, then click the Search button.
Allocated tab
This allows users to view a list of the total replenishment records per client allocated to users. Select Client from drop-down, then click the Search button.
Completed tab
This allows users to view a list of the total completed replenishment records per clients. Select Client from drop-down, then click the Search button. It defaults to showing recent replenishment records completed but this can be changed to any date.
Cancelled Tab
This allows the users to view a list of the total cancelled replenishment records per client. Select Client from drop-down, then click the Search button.It defaults to showing recent replenishment records cancelled but this can be changed to any date.
10. Pending Replenishment
Go to Logistics Menu > Replenishment > Pending Replenishment
Pick Face Tab
This allows the users to view all pick face locations with pending replenishment per client.
Bulk Tab
This allows the users to view all bulk locations with pending replenishment per client.
Floor Spot Tab
This allows the users to view all floor spot locations with pending replenishment per client.
11. Ipod Replenishment
Login to the HHT.
Then enter the provided Username and Password and click the “Sign In” button.

Replen - System Replenishment - Bulk to Pick Face
Warehouse management > Replen
Tap the “Replen” icon on the IPod Menu.
Select a client from drop-down, select Type - (System), then click the Next button.
To retrieve oldest replenishment, set Allocation Sequence to Oldest Record.
To retrieve the next record in the picking sequence, set Allocation Sequence to Pick Sequence.
Set Floor Spot to No. Then, click the Next button.
Scan the Bulk Location and Scan the SKU. Then, click the Next button.
Enter the Quantity Picked from the bulk location.Then, click the Next button.
Notes:
- The user cannot pick more than the quantity to replenish.
- If the user have to pick less than the quantity to replenish due to there being insufficient stock in the location, the user will be asked to confirm this. If you click "Yes", a count record will automatically be created for this location.
Scan the Pick Face Location and Scan the SKU.
Next, enter the Quantity to Put Away to the pick face location. Then click the Next button. The replenishment record is now complete and stock has been moved from Bulk to Pick Face.
Notes:
- The user cannot put away more than the quantity to replenish.
- If the user have to put away less than the quantity to replenish, a confirmation message will appear and if the user click “Yes”, a count record will automatically be created for this location.
Replen - System Replenishment - Bulk to Floor Spot
Warehouse management > Replen
Tap the “Replen” icon on the IPod Menu.
Select a client from drop-down, select Type - (System), then click the Next button.
To retrieve oldest replenishment, set Allocation Sequence to Oldest Record.
To retrieve the next record in the picking sequence, set Allocation Sequence to Pick Sequence.
Set Floor Spot to Yes. Then, click the Next button.
Scan the Bulk Location and Scan the SKU. Then, click the Next button.
Enter the Quantity Picked from the bulk location. Then, click the Next button.
Notes:
The user cannot pick more than the quantity to replenish.
If the user have to pick less than the quantity to replenish, a confirmation message will appear. Click the Yes to confirm this quantity.
Enter Floor Spot Location, SKU and Quantity Spotted. Then, click the Next button.
Once Done, the stock has been moved from Bulk to Floor Spot.
Notes:
The user cannot spot more than the quantity to replenish.
If you have to spot less than the quantity to replenish due to there being insufficient stock in the location, a confirmation message will appear and if you click "Yes", stock has been moved from bulk location to floor spot location.
Replen - Floor Spot - Floor Spot to Pick Face
Warehouse management > Floor Spot Replen
Select Client from drop-down and click the Next button.
Scan Floor Spot Location, SKU and click the Next button.
Enter the Quantity Picked from the Floor Spot Location. Then, click the Next button.
Notes:
The user cannot pick more than the quantity to replenish.
If the user have to pick less than the quantity to replenish due to there being insufficient stock in the location, a confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to confirm this quantity.
Scan the Pick Face Location and SKU. Then, enter the Quantity to Put Away to the pick face location.
Once done, the replenishment record is now complete and the stock has been moved from Floor Spot location to Pick Face location.
Notes:
The user cannot put away more than the quantity to replenish.
If the user have to put away less than the quantity to replenish, a confirmation message will appear. by clicking the Yes button, a count record will automatically be created for this location.
Replen - Forced - Bulk to Pick Face
Warehouse management > Replen
Tap the “Replen” icon on the IPod Menu.
Select a client from drop-down, select Type - (Forced), then click the Next button.
Scan the Pick Face Location and scan the SKU. Then, click the Next Button.
Note: Forced Replenishment will attempt to create a replenishment record automatically if one can be created based on the SKU the user has entered on the mobile device.
Scan the Bulk Location and scan the SKU. Then, click the Next Button.
Enter the quantity to pick from the Bulk Location. Then, click the Next Button.
Notes:
The user cannot pick more than the quantity to replenish.
If the user have to pick less than the quantity to replenish due to there being insufficient stock in the location, a confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to confirm this quantity.
Scan the Pick Face Location and scan the SKU. Enter the Quantity to Put Away to the pick face location. Then, click the Next button. The replenishment record is now complete and stock has been moved from Bulk to Pick Face.
Notes:
The user cannot pick more than the quantity to replenish.
If the user have to pick less than the quantity to replenish, a confirmation message will appear. If the user click Yes, a count record will automatically be created for this location.
Replenishment Notes:
There are two types of Replenishment: System and Forced Replenishment.
If system replenishment is set to “Yes”, a scheduled job will run every night and will create replenishment record the night after.
Forced Replenishment will attempt to create a replenishment record automatically if one can be created based on the SKU the user has entered on the mobile device.
If the user have to pick/put away less than the quantity to replenish, a count record will automatically be created for this location.
When a replenishment record was left unfinished in IPOD > Replen, The system let you continue where you left off.
6. Avoid changing replenishment details (Pick Face Capacity, Bulk Capacity, Replenishment Level) upon replenishment record was already created. Replenishment record will encounter: “Movement exceeds Capacity” message in iPod.
7. Replenishment details (Pick Face Capacity, Bulk Capacity, Replenishment Level) may be change before a replenishment record was created.
8. Replenishment record needs to be completed first as a specific pending replenishment record locks stocks and may affect the outcome of other process in the system.
