Move Stock by Location User Guide

To move stock/s from location to another, you can use Move Stock by Location from iPod.
Ipod Menu > Warehouse Management
Log in to HHT.
2. Go to Warehouse Management, then select Move Stock by Location.
3. Select Client from dropdown, then enter Product Code, From Location, To location and Quantity. Then click the Submit button.
If a SKU is Date Controlled and Lot Controlled, the system will require this information to uniquely identify products.
4. Once done, a confirmation message will appear.
Notes:
The following are exceptions may encounter when moving stocks:
From Location does not exist: The “From Location” you have scanned is invalid or is no longer in use. Please scan a valid active location in the DC.
To Location does not exist: The “To Location” you have scanned is invalid or is no longer in use. Please scan a valid active location in the DC.
SKU does not exist for this client: The SKU you have scanned does not exist or you have selected an invalid client. Please ensure the SKU you have scanned is valid for the selected client.
No active Licence Plate matching this SKU found in From Location: Please check the location and ensure the SKU you are moving exists in the “From Location”. If the stock is lot controlled or date controlled ensure you have entered the correct information so the system can uniquely identify the stock to be moved.
Multiple active Licence Plates matching this SKU found in From Location: If the exact same stock is assigned to different active licence plates in the “From Location” the system has no way of identifying which licence plate to move stock from. Please ensure there is only one active licence plate per SKU in the “From Location”.
Multiple active Licence Plates matching this SKU found in To Location: If the exact same stock is assigned to different active licence plates in the “To Location” the system has no way of identifying which licence plate to move stock to. Please ensure there is only one active licence plate per SKU in the “To Location”.
Please use the Inventory Hold process to move stock between location types: Client’s that are assigned to use the “Inventory Hold” process cannot use the “Move Stock by Location” process when moving stock in or out of “Available Stock”. Please select a different client or move stock between the same location types for clients assigned to use the “Inventory Hold” process.
To Location is assigned a module and contains an active licence plate assigned to another SKU: The “To Location” is assigned a module and is following the one licence plate / one location rule. You cannot move a different SKU to this active location which is already assigned to another SKU.
From Location is empty: You cannot move stock from an empty location.
Insufficient stock to move: You are attempting to move more stock than is available in the “From Location”. Please reduce the quantity specified.
From Location has underlying unconfirmed GRN: You are attempting to move stock from a location that has an active delivery in progress. Please confirm this GRN before performing the movement.
To Location has underlying unconfirmed GRN: You are attempting to move stock to a location that has an active delivery in progress. Please confirm this GRN before performing the movement.
This movement would exceed the capacity of this location: The “To Location” is assigned a module with a set capacity. You cannot perform a movement that would exceed this capacity. Please reduce the quantity specified.
You cannot move out of this location as stock is currently allocated: You cannot perform a movement that would result in existing orders no longer being able to be fulfilled. Please reduce the quantity specified.
