To Add New Service on Seko360

Log into SupplyStream using an admin account.

1st step.

Select Admin>Carriers>Carrier Services

Search the Carrier in the Carrier box that require a new service added.

For example: Omni Parcel

We need to add new service:

Service code: eECT

Service name: eCommerce Economy Tracked

Click the Create New button

This page will prompt once Create New button clicked.

Carrier: Select the carrier that require adding new service.

Service Code: Enter the service code value.

Service Name: Enter the service name value.

Once done, click the Save button. A successful message will prompt in the screen.

Click the Back to List button to view the Carrier Services page.

New service is now added successfully.

 

2nd step.

Select Admin>Carrier Providers>Provider Service Mappings

Same process in the 1st step, we need to add the new service in the Provider Service Mappings.

Search the Carrier in the Carrier box that require a new service added.

Click the Create New button

This page will prompt once Create New button clicked.

Carrier Provider: Always select Indigina TMS

Carrier: Select the carrier, for example: Omni Parcel

Service Type: Select the service that we recently added, for example: eCommerce Economy Tracked

Release Profile: select QA = if you are in the Demo site, select LIVE = if you are in the Live site.

Mapped ID: Leave it blank.

Mapped Code: Enter the service code value, for example: eECT

Once done, click the Add & Close button. You will be redirect to the Provider Service Mappings page.

New service is now added successfully.

 

That’s it. You’re done.
