Sales Orders "Status Update" panel Changes

Status Update on Sales Orders to include dates on all items

All status updates can have dates. Some are mandatory. These have been added

  • Arrived at Final Mile

  • On Hold at Final Mile

  • Parcel Delivered

New Versions of Smart Hub no longer require browser Refresh

There used to be a required to flush the cache. This has been obviated and is no longer required.

Process "Arrive" push notification of an ASN from warehouse

Arrival of goods can now be seen on Smart Hub.

Search Bar Working for new Bookings

Search bar indexing has been fixed so that it works for new records as well as old ones.

CargoWise

You can see the CargoWise reference number at the top of the booking details screen for all booking types.

If CargoWise failed to create the booking reference when the booking was created, there will be a button to manually push the booking to CargoWise.

Special Instructions on Sales Order in SEKO 360

Sales Order special instructions sent to SEKO 360 now include Customer address and contact details

Improved CSV Export

The CSV Export now contains the following columns in addition to what already existed:

  • Assembly

  • CargoWise reference

  • End Customer post code in Delivery Details

  • End Customer Company Name

  • Dispatch Date - Date entered for status "Sales Order Dispatched"

  • Scheduled Date - Date entered for status "Work Scheduled"

  • Completed - Completion Type is one of “Completed”, “Issues”, “Aborted”

  • Completed Date

  • Notes
