Setting “Work Complete” status automatically
When “work complete”, “work complete with issues” or “aborted” are selected, as long as the active status was “Work Scheduled”, the status will be changed to “Work Complete”.
Unchecking all the checkboxes for “work complete”, “work complete with issues” or “aborted” whilst the status is “Work Complete” will change the status to “Work Scheduled”.
Financials - Booking Costs
Booking Costs have categories, sequences, additional help text, choice of whether or not they can be duplicated or have a quantity of more than one item/unit.
Categories have been added into the Maintenance screen and should not be altered. Each booking now has a “Financials” tab which shows the costs for the booking. The costs have to be entered against the cost type.
Costs can be added at any time.
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Orders are made up from the booking costs and are shown per category.
Purchase Orders will be sent within the body of the email, with a view to providing a separate enclosed document as an email attachment when there is sufficient capacity.
Expected Costs Purchase Order
Prior to the status of the booking being “work completed” the costs will be shown in the Purchase Order as expected costs.
Actual Costs Purchase Order
After the status of the booking reaches “work completed” the costs will be shown in the Purchase Order as actual costs. When entering the costs during this time, if that cost line was entered prior to the status being set to “Work Complete”, the initial (expected) cost will also be shown which cannot be amended.
Booking Confirmation
The booking confirmation has had barcode added so that it can be read. There is a client configuration representing whether the barcode represents the external order reference (SO-US00001234) or the CargoWise billing reference S01234567.
Final Mile Selection
The Final Mile Selection now shows the Final Mile Facility Location Name.
Changes to Booking Confirmation
The Booking Confirmation has had some changes made to it to make it easier to understand and fill in. There have also been a “time picker” function added to select time correctly.
Email No-Reply address
The email has a new “No-Reply” address. The body of the email also states that any response directed to that address is unmonitored.
