A container will go into destination deliveries require cancel confirmation tiles when customer cancel booking.  This action has been done from customer Deliveries Pending tiles.


  • To action this containe deliveries just click the above tiles.
  • Click confirm cancel button to proceed, note that it will requires a user to put a notes.



NOTES:  Cancelled booking, container will go back to both customer and destination queue "Deliveries to book" tile
