Updates
 Smart Hub1 Update
SmartHub2 now has all orders – so SM1 is almost redundant (as discussed Katie not updating SM1 anymore and ROOM no longer adding orders in duplicate to both systems).
JM has started using SmartHub2 data to export (desperate for the new columns you are adding as its time consuming looking the data up manually or doing look ups)
JM advised approximately 280 orders on CW1 that need updating (completed status as delivered) – individual SO’s raised and will not be needed. Jocelyn will ask Dan how to action cleaning. Just waiting on Josh to feed back to Katie on report which she shared yesterday
(LF note for Ref - could get Dominic on this with JM instructing – i.e. CMP and change refs to SEKOFAB etc – Ask Dan to close).
UK orders – ROOM were running down HighSpeed stock – this has now been allocated to orders on SmartHub2 (22 booths now assigned to one client – after 27/6 they will only have accessories and awaiting instruction to ship to NL)
Note: Indignia were asked to mark a number of orders as goods dispatched – so no milestone updates on lifecycle – just one update, this may be linked to the orders Dan mentioned last week.

MySEKO Tracking Milestones
Katie advised that Josh asked Indignia to ‘dispatch’ some orders. Jocelyn was concerned that CW1 milestones with incorrect dates may cause issues with MySEKO tracking for ROOM clients as not necessarily carrying the correct date.
When reporting from SM2 dates won’t always be accurate. Dispatch date may not be 100% as changes have been made by ROOM via Indignia – where they rescinding dispatch etc – this will cause.
Â
Australia Notes
Chaotic as dispatched orders outside system and being marked retrospectively – so dates on system are incorrect.
Goods marked as Goods Dispatched – but wrong date. LF thinks we just need to leave those now.
Now starting to follow process.

Hopefully we are at the point of ROOM not asking us to jump too high with silly requests which then need reversing by Indignia (costing SEKO money and headache).
