Maintenance contains functionality which enables information to be up-to-date from the day-to-day running of the system. This includes the following

  • Cost Categories

  • Cost Types

  • System Values

  • Issue Categories

Cost Categories and Cost Types

Cost Categories

Cost Categories are a categorisation of costs for a specific activity, eg. Installation of Meeting Rooms for Client ROOM. Cost categories have the following attributes:

Cost Types

Cost Types are costs within cost categories making up the entire cost of the chargeable service provided.

System Values

System Values include

  • SEKO Client Email Address

  • ROOM specific meeting room and booth maximum dimensions

Issue Categories

Issue Categories are a grouping mechanism for issues. They can be added, amended at any time. They cannot be deleted if they are referenced in any booking.
