Summary:
DPD - Only send tax information to Northern Ireland when NOT shipping from the UK

Detail:
DPD API breaks if we send tax information to Northern Ireland when shipping from the UK. Therefore we have updated the DPD rules to no longer do this as per request from DPD.

Tax fields for Client - Order by “Destination Country” then by “Tax Type”

Detail:

  • Entity Setup → Client Setup → Maintain Clients

  • Click on Client

  • Grid allows users to set Sender Tax Details based on a Tax Type (IOSS, EORI, VAT, Tax Number) and the Destination Country of the Shipment.

Records are now ordered by “Destination Country” then by “Tax Type”
