Removed the “Seko TMS” Carrier integration in Seko 360. All carrier integrations are done in the TMS application.

Detail:
We have removed the old “Seko TMS” integration we did a number of years ago in the Seko 360 application. All our Carrier integrations are now done in the TMS application rather than directly within Seko 360. This allows us to scale and develop each application separately.
