TMS

                TMS generates carrier label automatically and ensures if there are exceptions in generating carrier label for a dispatch. With these, shipment of orders is compliant and has proper documentation available. Provides detailed and accurate information across supply chain to customers.

Permission

1.   Carrier Label Exceptions

This allows users to view list of dispatches wherein generating TMS Carrier label encountered invalid or missing information. Users will be able to fix the exception of the dispatch and generate the label successfully.

View Carrier Label Exceptions

  1. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see the dispatch items.

2. To expand/collapse line items, click the +/- buttons.

Carrier Label - Generate Label

1. To generate label, click the Generate Label button.

If label is successfully generated, it will be sent to print server.

If it shows error message, you need to amend the dispatch details required.

Carrier Label – Update Address

1. To change address details, click the Update Address button.

2. Enter the required Address Information on the Update Address page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Contact

1. To change contact details, click the Update Contact button.

2. Enter the required Contact Information on the Update Contact page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Weight

  1. To change weight, click the Update Weight button.

2. Enter the required Weight Information on the Update Weight page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Service

  1. To change Service, click the Update Service button.

2. Enter the required Carrier and Service on the Update Service page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Dispatch Box Type

  1. To change Dispatch Box Type, click the Update Dispatch Box type.

2. Select the required Package Type on the Update Dispatch Boxes page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Pricing

  1. To change Pricing, click the Update Pricing button.

2. Enter the required Pricing Information on the Update Pricing page and click the Update button.

Carrier Label – Update Dispatch Details

1. To change Dispatch Details, click the Update Dispatch Details button.

2. Select from dropdown the required Sales Order Type and click the Update button.

Carrier Label - No Longer Required

  1. If Carrier label is not required, by clicking the “No Longer Required” button, this record will be removed from Carrier Label Exception and No Label will be generated at this stage.

2. A confirmation message will appear, click the OK button to proceed.

Note: Weight information will be required after packing of this item/s.

2.   Carrier Label Batch Generation

This allows the user to generate multiple labels at one time. Users may select records and be able to generate labels easily and faster. To generate label, go to Carrier Label Batch Generation Screen. User/s will be able to generate label once exceptions have been resolved.

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Logistics, select TMS and select Carrier Label Batch Generation.

2. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see records you want to see.

3. To generate label, tick checkbox of selected record/s. then click the Generate Label button.

4. A confirmation message will appear, then click the OK button.

3.   Carrier Label History

This allows the user to print label and view records of printed TMS Label. To print TMS label, go to Carrier Label History Screen.

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Logistics, select TMS and select Carrier Label History.

2. To view records, click the Search button.

3. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see records you want to see.

4. To print label, click the Print button.

A label Print will be displayed to screen.

5. If a print server is used, label will be sent to print server.

4. To Manifest

This allows users to print consignment summary. To view clients that needs to print consignment summary documents, go to To Manifest Screen.

View To Manifest Page

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Logistics, select TMS and select Carrier Label History.

2. Use the filter or scroll down to see specific records.

3. To manifest, click the Manifest button. Consignment Summary document will be printed.

5. Manifest History

This allows users to view records of manifest and allows users to print manifest documents. To view, go to Manifest History Screen.

View Manifest History

  1. Use the search fields, filter or scroll down to see the dispatch items.

2. To view dispatches, click the expand/collapse button.

3. To print manifest document/s, click the print button.

Ex. Manifest Print Document

Export – TMS

  1. Use the search fields, filter, scroll down to see the dispatch records you want to see.

  2. To Export data, use the Export button.

A confirmation message will appear, then click the Ok button.
