Overview
The Pre-Alert sends an email containing information about the shipment, the purchase order and a link to the booking confirmation.
Booking Confirmation Link
The booking confirmation link work presents a form for the White Glove Partner to enter informaton about the booking. After it has been submitted the link will expire.
Future attempts to access the booking link will present an information page stating that the link has expired as it has already been completed. Information about who to contact if changes to the booking are required.

Submission of the Booking Confirmation
The submission of the booking confirmation leads to an email being generated which contains a pdf document confirming what has been entered. This email is sent to any parties addressed in the booking confirmation as well as the SEKO client email address. An example of SEKO client email address is room@sekologistics.com.

Expired Links
First Iteration of Expired Link

When a link has expired either because the booking has submitted or the expiry time has elapsed, the following message shows:
“This booking confirmation link is no longer valid. If you have not submitted the booking form, or wish to make changes, please contact the White Glove team at SEKO Logistics.“
Second Iteration of Expired Link

When a link has expired a different message is shown based on whether the booking was submitted or the expiry time elapsed. The message are shown as follows:
Booking has already been submitted
“This booking link has already been submitted and you should have received a confirmation email containing a pdf file with the confirmation details. This can be used as a Proof of Quality,
If you need to alter it please contact SEKO White Glove on [SEKO organisation.seko client contact.email address].”
Booking link has expired
“This booking link has not been submitted and the link has expired. Please contact the White Glove Team at SEKO to obtain a new booking confirmation link.
