Upload Responsibilities
Relevant sales uploads to create and amend Sales Orders should be done until the Sales Order is sent to the Warehouse for pick, pack and dispatch. Any amendment can be made to an existing Sales Order including
Customer details
Expected dispatch date
Goods
Note: Uploads should be done whenever there is a scheduled change such as expected delivery date or material change such as transfer order etc. This will help to reduce email traffic and conversations by allowing SEKO users to see the upcoming sales orders for dispatch.

Product Masters
Product Masters are open to change at any time and must be updated by the Client in SEKO 360 either by CSV upload, API or manually.
SKU Dimensions
SKU Dimensions must be kept up-to-date within the Product Master Dimensions field.
Largest Dimensions of SKUs for Booking with End Customer
The largest SKU dimensions must be supplied for booking with the End Customer to ensure it will fit into any space required.
Extra Charges
When SEKO books with End Customers it is important that the customer details supplied by the Client are correct, otherwise a charge may be incurred
Aborted jobs owing to an incorrect address may be charged to the Client
Aborted jobs owing to incorrect maximum dimensions may be charged to the Client
