Bookings

Bookings screen enabled for CRUD operations on the following:

  • Client

  • Customer details

  • Customer expected install date [range]

  • SKUs

  • Parent SKUs

Workflow

Portals

  • User Portal for Seko user (operator)

    • View on everything to do with the White Glove process

    • Data shown in views from all other entities are visible in this portal

  • Client Portal - a Seko client view on

    • status of bookings

    • inventory of goods

    • allocation of goods to bookings

  • Supplier Portal

    • Transport can see their transport related work requirements

  • White Glove Partner Portal

    • White Glove partners (suppliers) can see their specific White Glove requirements

  • Warehouse Portal (TBC)

    • Warehouse operators can see instructions for their work in the White Glove process

    • Instructions may be passed through APIs to existing WMS systems, eg. Seko 360 WMS
