Admin → Control Panel → User Accounts


  • Enter Username and click 'Search' button, click 'Permission' .


  • After clicking permission, this will display, expand the DC or click .


  • Expand DC Operations.


  • Choose 'Counting Admin' and click 'Assign' button.
