The White Glove system is centered around bookings shown on a main booking screen and the processes which take place within a booking. The stages of a Purchase Order are:

  • Acceptance of order into White Glove system - “New”

  • Send order to warehouse - “Sales Order Sent”

  • Pick - API to White Glove for pick started - “Picked”

  • Pack - internal to SEKO 360

  • Dispatch - API to White Glove for dispatched (from Warehouse/DC) - “Dispatched”

  • Send “Pre-Alert” to Final Mile Facility (owned by White Glove Partner) - “Pre-Alert Sent”

  • White Glove Partner confirm booking of installation/maintenance with End Customer - “Work Scheduled”

  • White Glove Partner completes work - “Work Complete”
