Dispatching statuses

Status

Definition

Confirmed

Order has been received

Being Picked

The order has been allocated to a DC Operative and the order has started to be processed.

Pick Complete

The order has been picked in full and is ready to be packed.

To Dispatch

The order has been packed in full, documentation created, shipper labelled applied and is in the Dispatch area ready to load on to vehicle.

Dispatched

The order has been systematically dispatched on SEKO 360. In most cases, these means the order has been loaded onto the collection vehicle and has departed the building.

Cancelled

Cancellation request has been processed by the DC.

This diagram shows the DC dispatch process and how the Stock Report (or Stock Overnight Summary) fields are affected based on the status of a product within an order.
