Draft – POs that needs details to be completed, these are orders that yet to commit.
Not Allocated – these are orders that are not link to any shipments.
Party Allocated – these are the orders that partly of PO line items are already part of the shipments.
Fully Allocated – these are orders that fully attached to shipments
Commit – these are orders that are ready to process in terms booking and are ready to be linked to shipments
Complete – these are orders that already been delivered.

To Export data, click 
, then select required format and click 'Export'.
