This method can be used to cancel a sales order. Once an order has a status of "To Dispatch" it cannot be cancelled. |
System behaviours
- On SEKO360 reporting, when the clients system requests a cancellation using this service, the order will show as Cancellation: To Cancel. Once the order cancellation request has been processed by the DC, the order will show as Status: Cancelled. More details on this report can be found here.
- No matter which status the order is cancelled in, the DC will push the sales order through to Pick Complete status first before the sales order shows as cancelled on SEKO360. See diagram in section 2.6 for the systematic flow.
- By using this service, this systematically stops the DC from dispatching the sales order past the Pick Complete stage
- If stock has already been picked by the DC, an ASN is created: 'SS Cancellation - Dispatch {dispatch number}'.
