The Hub Activity interface is a useful tool for monitoring any system communication between the Hub, SEKO360 SupplyStream and any other connected interfaces, including client systems. For example, if a client's system sent a Load Product Master message to SEKO360 SupplyStream via the Integration Hub, the message would show on the hub activity monitor and show whether the upload passed or failed.
The activity monitor can be accessed via the ActivityActivity Activity→ Activity menu option.

Using the search tools allows you to filter results and get to what you need faster.
Apart from the "Today's Activities" filter, click "Apply" to run any new filters selected.

Searching by date/time
The options to filter by date/time are as follows:

  • The "Today's Activities" button filters the results to show activity for the current day. Click the "Today's Activities" button to use the filter. This filter is applied as default when you first access the activity monitor.
  • "Date (from)" provides filtering of activity from that date/time. It is possible to see activity up to one month in the past.
  • "Date (to)" provides filtering of activity up to that date/time

Once on the "Details" screen, the entities highlighted in red have failed to upload. The lines in grey were successful. Failures occur based on the primary key, different for each service. For Web Sales Orders, failures occur per Sales Order Number.

Click the "Display Error Message Column" to show why a particular entity failed. This will add an additional column called "Error". Only the first error message is shown per entity (controlled by the primary key). The "Display Errors Only" checkbox filter results to only show failed entities.

To download the results as a CSV, click the "Download as CSV" button
