This section provides information on how to use the cancellation report to review cancellations raised by the client from SEKO360. It also provides a step by step guide on how to raise a new sales order cancellation.
Once a cancellation request is created, go to the "Dispatch Detail" report. Find the Sales Order. Column "Cancellation" will say "To Cancel"
Once the DC have processed the request, column "Status" will say "Cancelled"
