Dashboard

Bookings

The dashboard shows all open bookings. These are categorised as

Inbound

  • ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) - delivered by third party

  • TO (Transport Order) - SEKO pick up from factory and deliver ASN

Outbound

Sales Order

Functions Available

  • Filter

  • Actions shown generally below

Attention Required Panel

The Attention Required Panel shows bookings which require attention to a specific issue. There is a hyperlink to view the booking. The record will no longer be shown once the issue has been rectified.

The record will be marked as “Read” once the booking has been viewed, and it is user agnostic, ie. once it’s been viewed by any user it will be marked as “Read”.

Archive

The archive screen shows all closed bookings. These are bookings which have been manually closed and are no longer in operation. They can be reopened using the “Restore Booking” function.

Actions

The following actions are available on the dashboard and archive screens:

  • Search for a booking

  • Open a booking the current tab

  • Open a booking in a new tab

  • Sort columns
