Whenever there is an upgrade to Smart Hub 2 the cache on the web browser must be cleared. Here are some instructions. If this procedure is not carried out it is likely that your screen will look incorrect whilst using Smart Hub 2.
Microsoft Edge
Whilst browsing using Microsoft Edge Press and hold CTRL-SHIFT. Whilst doing this press and release the delete key. You should see the following image on your screen. It is critical that you keep “Cached Images and Files” selected. Others you may wish also to delete.
Chrome / FireFox
Press CTRL-F5. This should clear the cache.
